DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT purchase a thing from this company. They have HORRIBLE customer service. They charge way too much for shipping, give you the run around when it comes to replacing items, and do not do a damn thing to make things better except give you a "I'm sorry". They charge me $15 to ship a single foglight. It cracks and they say they are going to replace it. No prob, atleast I thought so. I send it back the same way they send it to me; UPS ground...it costs me $5 to ship it back. Why did they charge me the extra $10?...they say it costs $15 when I clearly proved it didnt. Anyhow, the foglight shouldve been received the Monday after Thanksgivving with a replacement being sent back out immediately. Well, I wait for a week and still no email or phone call. I called them today and they say that the foglight package was over looked and they didnt know. They would not have sent me a replacement if I hadnt called them back today. All they say is sorry. They say they are going to send the replacement today, but it is going to take 5-7 business days. I say thats B.S. and that they should send it faster since I already have waited a week to even find out about the replacement. I asked to talk to a supervisor, but they say they dont have one available as they are in a training class. I say for a company that receives call 24/7 they dont have SOMEONE I can talk to. They say no. I told them I will never spend another penny on products from them and told them that I would let potential buyers not to use them. They didnt care. So I say Fukk'em.

S!!T,, I just ordered like 7 things from them to rebuild my front end, I hope my order arrives wednesday with everything in it... I need to have my car back together by next thursday, they better not screw this up... my luck is bad enough without this..
