Prolumen by umnitza, how is they?
just curious to see how good these guys are, there was one guy there that said its been a month and he hasnt got his kit yet. How fast was shipping and how were the hids?
OK, I guess I can give you my story too.
I had Umnitza price match maximabest from the GB forum on for a pair of 6,000K D2R bulbs and a mini-H3 kit. When I got my kit, it was a non-retail barebone kit. It came in white boxes with nothing but the bulbs and the ballast. And instead of two H3 ballasts, I received ONE hi/lo H4 ballast. When I confronted them, they said they send out that ballast for H3 applications and told ME to mod the ballast to work for my application. I told them no, as the kit is not plug and play any more, and they supposedly sending me the correct H3 ballasts today.

Umnitza received my ballast on Feb 15th, I have yet to receive my H3 ballasts yet. 
And the Delivery Confirmation # they sent me was for the original SECOND H4 ballast, which they say they are re-using for the new H3 ballasts. I don't know if I am stupid, but it seems to me the shipment has yet to be picked up.
