Custom Enterprise/Sport Compact Only Experience

I recently ordered things from both of these companies I had a good expierence with both.

Custom Enterprise experience:

They are VERY helpful and also saved me some money on shipping. I bought some AE clearence lights and polarg bulbs. The clearence lights I wanted wasn't in stock but it was delivered when they promised. Quality of the products was great just one of the rubber pices of the corner light came off but nothing a little superglue can't handle. Some people give these guys a hard time because they don't get their things right away but there is a way to get better service from them.CALL THEM!!!!! They give you better service than their website can. They can tell you if they are out of stock and help you out with what you need etc..... Don't be mad if they are out of stock. What people don't realize is that people who aren't even on the org order from these guys as well so there is a chance things will be out of stock. If you choose to purchase something knowing that its out of stock its on you. Don't blame them cause you ordered something out of stock, No company can get exact estimates when products will arrive so keep cool!!!!! So all in all they are a great company to buy from but to get better service from them just give them a call they answer the phone quickly and are very friendly they even gave me a free poster, wish I got the Calendar like last time lol!!!

Sport Compact Only:
I bought some Nokya upgraded harness and PIAA Extreme Whites. Again I called them in order to get better service and they were very quick and friendly and shipping times were fast. However their customer service is AWFULL!!!! The Nokya harnesses come in a pair and I only got one so I tried getting a hold of customer service for at least an hour a day with no results so I got tired and ordered another pair of harnesses. They were even packaged different. First package just came with one harness. Second order was packaged much better with styrophone etc and of course BOTH harnesses. I pm'd them and got only one response then nothing. So basically I ate 25 dollars + shipping. They are an awesome company, they have a lot in stock and their shipping times are VERY fast just hope you don't have to deal with their customer service center.

Custom Enterprise:

Pros: Awesome customer service, large selection of Maxima parts, they will take care of you if you call them up and talk to them.

Opportunities/Improvements: Maybe just have a thing on the website indicating if things are in stock, low stock and out of stock. That should keep customers from being suprised when they don't get their shipment info right away.

Sport Compact Only:

Pros: FAST shipping, very friendly caring staff, big selection of Maxima parts, have a lot in stock.

Opportunities/Improvements: CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! There should be more than one person taking phone calls. The sales team picks up right away but customer service DAMN!!!!!!! I could never get a hold of them!

Whew sorry for it being so long but thats my experience with these two companies. All in all both companies were great and I would have no problem purchasing from both companies again.

Update on the clearence lights. CHECK TO SEE IF THE HARNESSES WORK!!!! I put them on and they fit nice and snug like oems do BUT the harnesses didn't work so I had to take them off which resulted in me chipping the drivers side corner light! Then to make matters worse the ball joint broke off also when I finally got it loose! Nothing a little superglue couldn't handle but still nothing beats oem in terms of strength and build quality. I ended up using the stock harnesses and everything works fine.

Thanks for the review. We always welcome input from our customers whether good or bad. Also great idea for the inventory status right on the website. We are currently working on a complete revision of our website that will include inventory status and also order tracking. You can tell right on the website when your item ships, tracking number and when it will be in stock if it is on backorder. This idea came from one of our customers and we are answering your call.

Anything else we can do for you call our customer service dept at 1-800-806-5798 or contact me directly at Greg@CustomEnterprise.com

Thanks,
Greg

i think that its great that there is a site that is just for Maxima's.

but i did have problems with them. i ordered and intake like a week ago and by now i would think they would send me an email saying that they shipped the intake, but i havent recieved any replyes to my email and i was told that i would get it by this wensday. someone from CE told me today that i would get it Monday. it seems to me that it keeps getting pushed back and back.

if there is anything you guys can do to make this process go faster i would like to know.

thanks
