importrp....AWESOME service, great to deal with

I ordered a couple of things from importrp:
Hawk HPS pads for 300ZX calipers and
Brembo Blanks for 6th gen maxima (fronts).

First of all, the prices were good in the first place (cheapest I could find on the Brembos), but that's not where the real plus to this transaction was.

The HPS pads arrived 2 days after I ordered them. Meanwhile, I emailed Jeff at importrp inquiring as to when the Brembos were going to ship. He came back to me and said that Brembo was sending them soon and that it would be "a couple of weeks." When I told him that I needed them sooner than that (since I want this brake setup on while the autocross season is still going strong), he told me that he had some Kiriu rotors in stock (Japanese OEM replacements, I think) but that they cost about $20 more than the Brembos. Then he offered to sell those to me for the same price as the Brembos. They shipped the same day.

Great customer service, and they clearly go the distance to please the customer and make sure they're satisfied with the purchase expereince.

to Importrp.

I have to agree- Import RP (Jeff in particular) has been tops at communication and timely service, while providing competative (or excellent) prices.

They deal with a lot of heavy stuff, but shipping was not AT ALL inflated, despite shipping a set of rotors cross-country at what had to be a slim profit margin.

I have to agree with you Josh. I bought the brembo blanks from Jeff and I was going to cancel my order at first cause I was going to get different rotors but it was shipped so quickly that the next morning the package was already noted as shipped when Jeff got back to me.

A++ for Import RP(Jeff)

definitely agree with the above posts. Jeff at importrp has been perfect in delivery and communication. i've already bought probably over 20 rotors and sets of brake pads from them and it's been flawless transactions every time.

the best part is the prices can't be beat.

just wanted to give my input on importrp in general.

ordered brembo blanks 2x front 2x rear on Monday.
got my shipment via free UPS Ground on Wednesday. (WA to CA... fast)
opened up the box and found out i got shipped 4x front rotors (me: wtf?+a rusted one!)
immediately called up their 800 number and spoke to Mike and told him my situation.
He immediately shipped out the 2x rears and said he would call me back regarding the return shipping label.
indeed got a call back (wow?) within 10 mins telling me to check my email for a prepaid UPS label to send the two extra fronts back to importrp. I slap UPS label on box and send them back same day.
Thursday comes around and the 2x rears arrive (overnight via UPS ground like woah)
PM mr. jeff here on the forums and demand my $4 .org discount and credits me back.

so, all in all. i would say def. positive experience. They did have a screw up somewhere in the shipping dept or somewhere in the fulfillment process, but all companies make errors. What really defines a company's reputation, i think, is how they resolve their problems and issues and what level of service they provide. and the guys at importrp were great in fixing my problem swiftly and without much hassle on my end. also VERY efficient in getting products to customers, i might add. oh, and the prices too.

def. will be a repeat customer when i need some other stuff

Also, if you all don't mind, feel free to leave those reviews here:

We've never really tried very hard to promote reviews, but I know it's important.

Thanks again everybody!
