So I ordered Addco's rear sway bar for my '98 Maxima and had it shipped out to me about the 23rd of February. So I just get around to finding some car ramps and time to install it. Look at the hardware and what do I find... 2 D-bushings and 2 U-brackets missing. But yet, there are 4 square brackets and 4 bolts and all of the rest of the hardware is there...

Well anyways. Called them today and the lady on the phone said that they will ship out a new hardware kit on monday the 5th and I should have it by friday the 9th.

I know what happened. They hired some new guys to sort and put the right hardware in the right kits. These geniuses screwed up big time.

The reason I know is I had to replace the broken ubolt that connects the rear sway bar to the rear trailing arm. They sent the wrong part and I called the warehouse and the foreman told me what happened.

I laughed and told him you'll be hearing from a lot of pissed off customers and I guess you're one of the lucky ones.
