Stay away from AutoPartsWarehouse.com!!!

So I ordered a new O2 sensor made by Denso for my Max from them. Today I receive the package... looks like a good ol' Denso box... so I open and it and what do I see? A freaking NTK OEM Sentra O2 sensor instead of my Denso sensor.

I chat with the customer support and what do they tell me?

"Oh you have to ship it to us, then in 3-4 weeks you will receive a refund."

Holy crap - and they would not budge either! They messed up my order and now I HAVE TO PAY FOR IT?! What an absolutely ridiculous service!!!!!

problem with that site.........they have about 6 sites all run by the same people. when you call the same person even picks up. so go to that site, and if ordering from another site with a similar format, be careful. the 24 cutomer service etc. I had a problem with them before even ordering once.

Go to your credit card company. Cause I think that is considered fraud cause they sold you something that isn't what you bought.

You can fight it by what everyone else has said, just tell your CC company that they screwed you and your not paying the charges. If you have a decent credit rating, there shouldn't be a problem.

Ive ordered from them before, but for my moms frontier truck, and i didnt have a problem, got my order fast, shipping was decent, and prices were not bad either. Not taking up for them, but sorry that you got screwed over. Hope all works out.

Hey, I bought the same one from a JDM parts store.

Don't fuss about it. It's a Denso part in an NGK (aka NTK) package.

I compared both so I know for sure and the trusty shop owner verified with me (he knows his schnitz)

It didn't take 4 weeks to take the money from you and it shouldn't take no more than 2 days to get it back. Make sure that you send it back certified mail with delivery confimation and have someone sign for it. It will cost a little more but they can't say they didn't get it. First think call CC company as stated above.

I had my new OEM cat delivered to my house from them in 3 days, exactly what I ordered.

Maybe I got lucky?

All transactions (when not using debit pin) are considered "credit card" type transactions and backed by Visa under the same rules and reg. I would call your bank and dispute the charges.

i get an email... "What seems to be the problem... please write back to us... and we will help you out " type of email....
im like WTF?!

Never Again

I ordered very specifically tb fuel injectors for a Honda DX, 2 different injectors. They sent the wrong ones, went through ridiculous return process, they denied recieving the return regardless of USPS delivery confirmation. They beat me out of $210.

Yeah, had the same problems with that damn website before. So I don't know why I actually tried ordering Bilstein shocks from them recently (low price?). Anyways, my experience was a lot lot better. Heard they got a new CEO or something, maybe they've revamped?

I'm waiting for 2001 SE tail lights from epartpal, who falls under the umbrella of APW.

They took payment two weeks ago, however they haven't shipped the lights. I have tried to call to cancel the transaction however I only get hung up on or put on hold (only later to get D/Ced).

I called and verified the parts were in stock, they said yes and quickly accepted payment. Since then, it's been a painful process.

Update: Disputed the payment through Paypal today after being hung up on by phone two separate times again today. After this, I was contacted and asked to drop the dispute. They also threatened to take a 15% restocking fee, despite the fact the item has not shipped. I told them to stick it.

My advice? Stay away from that family of companies. Atrocius customer service.
