Irvine Nissan = Worst Service Ever

i took my car in to Irvine Nissan for the first time...the one off of lake forest...took it in for an oil change and ended up with a check engine light...took it back and said it was a bad MAF Sensor...nothing was wrong with it before until i took it there...talk to the service manager and he was blaming the problem on the MAF sensor saying that they go out at 100,000 miles...

never goin there again...

back to Tustin Nissan

I agree. I haven't used them in a few years, but I use to take my '95 there and they never fixed it correctly. Buena Park Nissan (Mike Villano - Service Director) is the bomb. He knows the Maxima very well. Even though he's 50 miles out of the way, I don't mind taking my Max to him. I feel he's extremely honest and always gets it right.

Serious Buena Park Nissan? Man those morons told me my engine needed to be overhauled due to a leaking timing chain cover. I took it two three other Nissan dealerships and told them to check for any oil leaks and they didn't find anything. Even chain stores like Firestone and Econo Lube didn't find anything wrong. They even smashed my buddies Z and they told him to go screw himself in front of other customers. After many threats being exchainged they fixed it. I'll never go to them again except for parts since they are close.

Might be a little out of your way, go to Cerritos Nissan and talk to the service manager, Dave. He used to be at Gardena Nissan. Aint no dealer touching my car except where this guy works. He also took his top mechanic with him. If he goes some where, Im following. Good guy.
