Had a bad experience negotiating to purchase a preowned 2001 GXE at South Point Nissan in Austin, TX. The sales manager agreed to include Nissan's certified 6yr/100K mile powertrain warranty. After shaking hands on the deal, the warranty disappeared in the finance office. We wasted over 2 hours because the sales manager negotiated in bad faith. Buyer beware or get the offer in writing...

YMMV. I have had nothing but good experiences at Southpoint since I bought my 2k GLE from them last year. I would definitely buy another car from them.
