Sales department is great, however, the service department has done everything possible to avoid repairing items under warranty on my 2000 Maxima GLE-purchased October 29, 1999! Including paint failure.

This is what I would do. If the service sucks there...you tell this beloved sales department that you are very upset....and if that doesnt work....get some of that white shoe polish and write Melloy Nissan Sucks on all of the windows and take a drive by the lot to see what they think.
