Star Nissan, Flushing/Bayside NY

From past experience, the way they treated me was OUTSTANDING. They also repaired my car in an OUTSTANDING fashion. Unlike Legend, they didn't throw stones. They obviously have a good support staff there because they were able to figure out in 1 day what 3 other dealerships couldn't figure out in 2 years.

They even shook my hand and apologized for the way Nissan Consumer Affairs and Legend Nissan treated me.

Hogan and Steve are awesome and I will DEFINITELY be going back there!!!

Even the people who answer the phone and they shop runners were nice and courteous. Two things that when in a service department are a must.

After 15 visits to other dealerships without a resolution and 1 visit to Star got me one they got my vote. You can make your own judgements.
