Re: Quirk nissan in MA sucks!

I agree. Went looking for a Max in March and the 'salesman' was going for a hard sell. He tried the usual games with the prices and then when we finally agreed on a price he told us what color we were having, no choice at all! $22k+ for a new car with no choice of color - he must have thought we were on drugs! Also the price he gave us was only good for that day. I didn't feel so bad scaring the crap out of him when he experienced my first time driving in the US

We left and tried Frost Nissan in Newton and they let us take the car out a few times the same day and also brought up a Cadillac Catera that I was interested in from their other showroom. No pressure on the sale either.

This was a long time ago, but my family bought a 98 Maxima SE from them brand new.. I think my dad got a really good deal, basically 5 spd SE with non-Bose CD player, I think for around 18 grand... They were having some kind of clearance .. He was pretty happy about it, and so am i, since its my car now

There is the new NIssan Dealership in Tewksbury Ma now. They seem decent plus some .org members work there too.

Yeah most of them are decent but according to one salesguy there are no 6-speeds but only 5-speeds on the 2K2 Maximas. He should be kicked in the face.
