DO NOT BUY FROM NORTHERN AUTO PARTS...EVER!!

I bought my complete NOS kit with accessories from Summit Racing. I opted to buy the NOS Bottle Heater ($114) and NOS Remote Bottle Opener (159) from Northern Auto because Summit has them on backorder for the next 2 weeks.
I recieved the shipment from Northern Auto and guess what...the Remote Bottle Opener box was unsealed and has the actual bottle opener missing!!! It is like buying a VCR and when you open the box, it contains the instruction manuals, cables, remote control, blank VHS cassettes but NO VCR!!!
I called them immediately and they have no idea what order I am talking about. They could not locate it using my phone#, zip code, Invoice#, Order#, UPS Tracking#...the guy on the phone said the complete order/customer/invoice just DOES NOT EXIST in their system! I asked to speak with the supervisor and I was told that he was gone for the day, so call tomorrow!!!
This is outrageously ridiculous!!!
