got ripped off by org member in here for purchasing max parts ====> BEWARE!

Ok.. guys! I got ripped off by some a$$hole from here!
Nice work! 'maxedoutimport.'

About a month and half ago some retard jerk stole my clear corners in front of my house and I saw someone selling them for $35 at here under classified section and I've decided to buy it from him.
We exchanged E-mails and he agreed to send it to me for $35 shipped to my door via nextday mail (yeah right!).
Well, I waited for a week and no freaking clear corners in my hand so I e-mailed him.
He said his car got stolen with all the accessories including my clear corners in his trunk AND he also said thanks for my prompt payment (ho ho ho).
Now, he told me he got an extra pair of clear corners and he will send it right back to me along with my money back since he was sorry for the delay (very touching).
I waited another week and still no clear and I e-mailed him and now he said he sent back the money to me a day ago.
It has been another 2 weeks and you guess¡¦ no clear corners PLUS no freaking E-mail returns or anything from him.

Org members! Please do not send money to maxedoutimport!

ID: Maxedoutimport
E-mail: dragonxboi@hotmail.com

I've decided to post his info at here to prevent any more victims from his worthless scams.
He did not only stole my money from me but my trust to fellow org members as well.
This kind of scam must be stop at any cost.

P.S. Does anyone know how to file a complaint against this kind of scam at post office?

He is a newbie. His last post was in October. Get his IP address moderators and track down his real user ID if he has one.

re:

This has happened to me before not Maxima related but later someone came up with a somewhat excuse for him and it was remarkable how close some of their information was....sign in under a new name and trying to make the story seem viable. I'm not saying it happened here but look out for it.

Dude,

It does not matter if its .05cents or $500,000.00 they person ripped you off. best thing to do for any purchaces on the NET is to use a secure middle man...like pay-pal.
I perfer not to use money orders,, b/c thay can still cash it and screw the person who sent to MO. Usin a credit card is much better for net purchasing.. because if then some1 whats to screw u on ya money.... you can report it to your credit card company and complain a fraud and trust me the sell or reciver will get proscuted to the MAX!!!
