Well to begin with I didnt research this company before placing my order with them. I purchased a set of Nex SS coilovers on march 15th and gave them a call on the 16th confirming my order. They told me they didnt have it in stock and that it will be sent out that in 1-2 business days since the manufacturer is close to them. I then waited till the following monday and kept checking on my status. Still nothing. I then called that wednesday and they said it will be sent out that friday. After 3 weeks of trying to keep in contact with them they told me they sent the last set to someone else even though it was mine and that it wouldnt be back in stock in about 30-45 days. Keep in mind that they're horrible at answering their phones unless you leave a message saying that your buying something. I immediately called my card company and my money was refunded to me. All around they're horrible with customer services and keeping up with their product. I purchased a set from maxspeed performance and received it in 4 days.
