Recalls

Japanese carmaker Nissan is recalling 2.1 million vehicles worldwide because of an ignition problem.

The recall includes nearly 84,000 Micra and Infiniti models that were built at Nissan's Sunderland factory between January 2004 and March 2006.

Here is another recall made by Nissan. Not looking good in the past little while for them.

Nissan Truck Steering Recall
501,000 Trucks in the United States Affected

November 12, 2010 — Nissan is recalling about 501,000 trucks in the United States because of a steering problem. The automaker said in a press release:

“In certain rare instances, the lower steering column joint on the affected Frontier and Xterra vehicles can develop corrosion that limits the movement of the joint. If the vehicle continues to be driven in this condition it may, in an extreme case, lead to cracking of the steering shaft.”
