Quality Nissan in Temecula, Ca

I brought my 2K SE into Quality Nissan this morning for the TSB on the rear window wind noise and an oil change. The service writer told me it would be a few hours, no problem. I walked around the dealership checking out the new 2002's. I walked around the service bay and found a group of 5 service techs inside my car watching a fu**'n movie! Nothing at all has been started on my car at all.
I was furious. I went inside to the service manager and asked him, "Is this how you run your service bays"? He said no and was willing to take care of me in the future but I declined. Even if I got a lifetime of oil changes for free I would still decline. Who knows, the same service tech could be working on my car last time. I don't know about you guys, buy I saved alot of money to afford this car and my mods to it. I don't appreciate some grease monkey watching a fu**'n movie in my car. If knew it would draw this much attention, I would of charge an addmission fee to watch the freakin' movie. There were grease marks on my screen, and some rap station that I don't even listen to was playing loud. I left just a while ago and did not have any of the work done on my car. I will have to go elsewhere from now on for oil changes.

Dave, any other Nissan dealerships near you? I have 3 of them within 12 miles of me, but I live in Burbank.

I have a friend of mine whos a tech a Mossy Nissan in Oceanside, right down the street from my work where I get all of my hookups. I normally do the recalls and oil changes on my days off. Mossy is like 32 miles away from my house, thats why I had it done in Temecula. I'll just have to bite the bullet and have it done at Mossy.
