Sorry I know its a bit long, but I needed to vent!

I took my car into Coral Springs, FL Nissan for repairs. My A/C was not working and I also had a short. The service writer was cool at 1st. I wanted them to run a diagnostic test and call me when they know what is the problem and how much would it be. They had the car 2 days before they even started to work on it. The service writer called back and told me my BCM (Body Control Module) and my air mix motor was bad. He told me the job was going to be close to 1500.00. He wanted 896.00 for the BCM and 145.00 for the Air Mix motor without labor. I called Extreme Nissan (866-233-0334) and spoke with Robert. He said the BCM goes for 744.00 list. That means Coral Springs Nissan was charging me 52.00 over list. Robert gave it to me for 588.00. Robert also gave me the air mix motor for 45.00, which C.S.Nissan wanted 145.00. When I told this to the service writer he turned 180 degrees on me. We told me there was no way I can get that price. He was very upset and wouldn’t even talk to me over the phone. I told him I was getting the parts on my own and I would like for them to install them. The service writer stated the job is a 6hr job, so it would be about 480.00. Robert from Extreme Nissan states the job is a 4 hr job. I decided not to have the job done and I was going to pick up the car. The service writer told me the car was ready. When I got to the dealer the car was still apart and they made me wait 2 hrs. The service writer wasn’t even there or as they put it he was busy on another job that was actually going to pay for them to do it. When I got my car back I made sure they read the sticker on the window that reads "MAXIMA.ORG THE HOME FOR MAXIMA ENTHUSIASTS". I wanted them to know everyone on the ORG will now know how they conduct business....
