i purchased my 6 color indiglo gauges from this dude with ebay id mcr_racing

he sells a lot of stuff on ebay and uses paypal...i used paypal to pay him (safe instead of money order right) and he took my payment, it shows the transaction that he took the money and i have emailed him forever to know exactly when they will come in so i can be at home waiting for them, but no email back...i sent him the money on like Monday (February 25, 2002) and it shouldn't take more than 4 days to come in...but my main concern is that he MIGHT HAVE jipped me off...he got a lot of good reviews but dam he won't answer my email...JUST IN CASE HE DID JIP me off, is there a way to cancel the order even though he accepted the transaction? who should i talk to about this? is there a way to tell paypal i got scammed so they can help me?

THIS IS 'IF' HE SCAMMED ME...i'll give it till MAXIMUM, Friday and if i haven't received sh*t, i'm going Olympic on his a$$!!!

A lot of ppl on ebay are slow...give it a few more days.

 

i bought something off ebay on feb 4th and i still haven't recieved it .. he said the post office lost it so he's sending it out again .... that might very well be the case

 

try and wait a little bit longer. I paid for my FSTB in Jan. from one of procarparts.com's auctions and I just got it today.

 

I can tell you PAYPAL is no help at all. I doubt you got beat. Some people are very slow on Ebay so wait a few more. Give it two weeks. After that I would go "Circ de sole" on their a$$es! Good luck bro!
