I ordered a stillen rsb from Paul at avalon racing. He was even nice enough to give me a lower shipping quote because I mentioned Maxima.org. The product was out of stock, but shipped out within a week from the day I put through the order. I sent about a total of 6 emails and he responded within 2 hours each time. I didn't get a tracking number, but i'm sure it will arrive soon and in good condition

 

I ordered a JWT Pop Charger and X-Drilled Rotors....

My invoice was $265...and to my surprise, they charge my

credit card $303 ! I sent them an e-mail asking

asking what the extra $$ was for and he said shipping.

This confused me...since before they said free shipping...

I sent paul and e-mail and within

minutes he called me back we talked it over and he credit

me back $50 bucks !! Thats good customer service

and I'd definately buy from them again.
