Koeppel Nissan

for all those who live in the NYC area in queens, and are looking to get a nissan, go to Koeppel. and if your deciding on going to star, don't go there.

i had the worst time with Star, and got a great deal from Koeppel from my Sales Rep Patrick Guarino.

These people know how to treat you right. no run arounds, they tell u straight, and try to do their best for u. i personally liked their honesty and how they didn't try to rip you off like Star.

maybe it was because i'm only 19, but whatever. they shouldn't try to take advantage of you anywhere because no matter what, your a customer.

DO NOT GO TO STAR. they have bad service also

Thats where I bought my car at Star, but I bought it from Star using a different dealer to buy it for me so I saved a little something. Also stars servive department s0cks they charged me $210 to change one tie rod that only cost $45.
I learned my lesson though DON'T GO TO STAR NISSAN.

Star Nissan sucks. All I got from them was a burning alternator! I probably have a 97 SE that probably had one of those bad alternators. I had smoke coming out of it and a grinding whine that came out of it. I took it to Star, told them that I needed the alternator replaced and explaind there was smoke etc. I expected to pick up the car and have all the work done under warranty. Nooooo, they told me my belt was loose! Then they charged me 36 dollars for adjustment! 4 months later my alternator burst in to flames and I had my car towed to Koeppel. No problems with Koeppel. They fixed the problem under warranty and gave me a new battery. I didn't have time to remove any of my mods before getting the car towed. They made no issues about it.

I'm not sure. I think they are. They just close early and open late. Give them a call.
