Custom Maxima (VERY BAD SERVICE!)

Hi,

Has anyone had any problems with Custom Maxima lately? I ordered a pair of Clear Corner lights for my 92 Maxima last Wednesday June 29, 2002 and promptly sent the traceable money order.

Greg should have received it by now. I also have left countless messages & emails for Greg with his staff. Not one response as of yet from them. The one lady gave me his cell# which when I dialed was the wrong number. My order# is not even in their system. Ryan is very courteous & helpful if i may add.

All I want to know is what the hell is going on with my lights or i want my money back!!! The lights was suppose to be a b-day gift which has come & gone!

If this is how Greg treats his customers I suggest you guys DON'T deal with him. If I get satisfaction I will definetly post it, otherwise until then Beware of Custommaxima.com & Greg!!

Breathe deep in through the nose and out throught the mouth

I understand you may be frustrated but....Greg is a stand up guy with a very good reputation here. I have made several purchases from him with no problems as have many members here. You are one isolated situation. With that being said, I know there have been delays with clear corners before as a result of a supplier issue. Give hima chance he will take care of you!

good luck and keep on modding!

I believe Greg is very busy right now...he's tryin' to set up a page for the new superstreet magizine...

I bought clears from him off ebay about a year ago before he even got started in the business...he is definatally a trustworthy guy and also seems cool.

like many others will tell you I would do business with again.

Ok finally received my clear corners on Thursday. I am now very happy, i was getting worried about being screwed by Custommaxima. They arrived in mint condition and they were installed easily.

Finally let me say I am happy with Custom Maxima however they really have to work on communication with their customers. Sure the CSR are available and helpful (Ryan) however I had trouble getting a hold of Greg. I rec'd a couple of emails after many phone calls....anyway maybe Greg was busy...i don't know what he is going through but in the end i am happy & that is what counts!

Denver glad we got that taken care of. Sorry about it being hard to get in touch with me. We get so many phone calls it is unbelivable. But we try out best to return all calls and still take care of every day orders.

The custommaxima guys get the job done, even if it takes them a while. Don't bag on them too bad, they do a good job.

Yes, at times CustomMaxima takes a day or two to respond to messages or e-mails, but as hundreds of org members have found, he is dedicated to the Maxima community. If there is a problem he fixes it, simple as that. I think we need to appreciate someone who is so solidly behind the advancement of the aftermarket Maxima. I have ordered several items from the site, and have always been satisfied in the end. I just wish the e-mail responses were a bit more informative and in-depth.

Greg is a good guy, when he can't get your parts to you on time, it's mainly because of the suppliers not getting the products back to him on time....
