I ordered from them once (I think!?!?) here is the last email that I got back from them about my order being lost/cancelled in their system (and they have no contact phone number):

It is cancelled if you requested it to be cancelled. I was just saying as far as I could tell the order was not cancelled. Sorry for the confusion. If Craig cancelled the order, then it is very well cancelled.
