L.i. Westbury Nissan Service Is So Bad!

WESTBURY NISSAN SERVICE IS SO BAD!
I would say more like there customer service is what really sucks.
All they had to do was check my brakes and check why the car was
pulling. After I woke up at 6 am to drop the car off there at
7ish. I was 5-6 cars back from the start of the maintenance line up.
I was told that the car will be done when I call before
leaving work (5ish).

Well 12:00 I get a call from Hector my RUDE service rep.
Hector tells me that my car has not even made its way into the shop
to be looked at and that he does not think they will get to it today..

Then he gives me the option of weather I want to leave the car there overnight
or go back pick it up and go through the whole process again a day later.
Wake up early to drop it off and try and get to work on time.
Either way is a total inconvenience for me and my girl
(cause I am borrowing her 2002 altima bought at Westbury too top it all off)

After a few angry calls and getting the runaround "hector is still out to
lunch, on the other line, taking a sh*t..., Do you
still want to hold?"
He then tells me to call back at 3:30 to see weather or not they even
got to it in order for me to get there at 5:30 to pick it up before they
close. With this call he tells me that it is next in line and that
I will definitely be done tomorrow. I said that it is hard to believe
that I was there at 7 with every one else and only 5-6 cars back
and it still has not even been touched.
With a BAD ATTITUDE he then replies that he still had cars from a few
days ago ahead of my car that needed to be looked at.
I didn't say this but if that was the problem
(his not mine) why promise the car back today?
On top of that I think he could be a little apologetic about
the situation instead of being such a *****.
I then asked him if this is going to be the
same story when I call tomorrow to see if its ready.
He assured me that it will be done first thing....
WITH AN ATTITUDE.
This is no way to run a business.
Did I mention that the brake problem I
was tring to have them fix was under the TSB.
Warranty work......
I am thinking this is why I was pushed aside for last.
My girl also had a problem with them which
I am not in the mood to type about..
STEER CLEAR and head to another service center on the Island..

youre not kidding... i needed 2k2 socket assemblies for the tail lights on my cousins 2k max because we swapped tails..

i call like 6 places, none in stock. I call westbury, they say they have it in stock. My cousin goes down, he says specifically what he needs, so he buys it. When he went home, it didnt fit. I realized they gave him the 2k assemblies... he calls and they dont have the 2k2 in stock, what a surprise! so now they made a mistake over the phone, and in person. we order the right ones and they say it will be in friday. friday comes and they say possibly saturday, but probably monday. monday comes, still not in! so now finally tuesday they come in, 6 days after we order them when its supposed to take 2 days. We were so ****ed because they sold us the wrong ones to begin with, then we had to wait longer than they told us to get them... talk about bad service
