help with rust spot

there's a really small piece of rust on my roof. I was surprised cause it's a 98. Does anybody know how to fix that? Should it still be covered under warranty?

65k. now that i think about it, it probably won't be covered. i think the certified used warranty just covers engine and tran.

I also have some rust spots forming on my window / door line. I have a 97 black gxe w/96 k ? any suggestions
