any lazy members with dark colored cars?
You know how it's tough to keep a shiny dark car? I have a 93 Max SE (yes, rubbery spoiler!) that's oxidized in some areas and minor scratches here and there. I bought Z-Best Car Wax http://www.z-bestcarwax.com/ at the fair (2 bottles, $20). I started using it on my White 97 Max and didn't see much diff cuz the paint and stuff was already good. But on the 93 Charcoal, holy good gosh! With minimal application and buffing, I had troubled sections sparkling. It was so amazing. I might not hafta paint it!
As for the rubber wing, it's shining like a champ with only 3min of work. Much better than the 2000 grit rubbing compound paste followed by wax that I did in a small section of the spoiler. I love this new cleaner/waxer thingy.
Another example. You know under the door handles, you get some scratches? I had those done in less than a minute, and the scratches are gone. So not only is it a cleaner/polish/wax, it's a scratch and swirl remover. Whoa.
Only thing left now is to test the beading and duration/length of time before the next application. I think they recommend 6months. Not bad and not much work. We'll see. Next is my pearl white 92 Previa, w/lotsa scratches and wearing clear coat.
