taking care of chrome?

taking care of chrome?

i have water spots in some areas of my chrome rims, any idea how to remove them?
also is windex good on chrome? i feel it may weaken the chrome with all the chemicals in it.

i have found that dishsoap cleans my wheels the best with the best shine, and the waterspots are from not drying the rims after they are washed. Drying is a must!!!

I would recommend Mothers chrome polish....and nothing else. I use it on my motorcycle primarily, and it gets all the junk off of the chrome, without harming the finish. Use it, and you will be satisified, my friend.

Mothers chrome polish...... second that/windex no good /just car wash soap and water for regular cleaning/then the polish when u get stains//basicly treat chrome like paint
