well the other night when I was working, some idiot hit my trunk with a shopping cart, the scratch is right above where the "MAXIMA" logo is on my trunk, and it's just a little longer... it's a deep scratch and would probably have to be re-painted... how much do you guys think it would cost to have the trunk lid re-painted? the whole thing, not just the back... there is another deep scratch from a keying on the top that needs to be fixed also.

it really sucks doesnt it? and the worst thing about it is, they claim they're "not responsible for damages" when their cart collector kids are too busy cleaning trash when they could be out in the lot keeping carts from slamming into cars. bastards.

 

I would venture to estimate around $200-$300, dependent on how much work (read: dent removal) would have to be involved.
