DIY Car Wash

I got question, if i take my car to a spray hose wash, or through an auto car wash, does that strip off my wax faster than normal? my car was silky smooth, even when it was dirty. but i took it through a full service wash today, and it seems to have lost that extremely smooth feel to it. i had just waxed the car on tuesday

What type of wax did you use? Was the car wash brushless? I never take my car to one that uses brushes.

I'm not sure how durable that Zymol is. It's good that the wash was touchless. Brushes will not only remove some wax, they scratch the clearcoat.

I will never go to a brush type car wash.
