Hi everyone. I'm looking to get my 03 Max's windows tinted, and would like to know what to look for in a business offering this service. Are there different methods of tiinting? I know you can specify the amount of shading, but are there different types of tints and different colors available? How about reputable tinting shops in the Lancaster/ York/ Harrisburg, PA area?

Your best bet is to ask in the regional forums for any good tint shops in your area. I'm sure someone will reply to that. Northeastern forum is here:

As for your questions, yes tint comes in different colors, it's all a matter of personal taste. Not sure about different methods of tinting, but they should be the same.

 

Check your local law. Colorwise, black will be your best bet because I'm pretty sure color tints are illegal; at least here.
