Two options. 1. Paint 2. Check the detailing forum.

Your car is black. What more can I say. You will see every slight scratch or chip and there is really nothing you can do. There are scratch and swirl removers but they don't all work. You just have to accept it.

Mother's scratch remover worked wonders for my car, but it is white... black cars look so nice, but scratch so easily. i don't know what to tell you.

I have a red car, and the swirl marks show up reall easily, although not quite as much so as the black ones.
I use some stuff made by Meguiar's. They have a Heavy Cut Cleaner for those pretty deep scratches. You have to just apply and really scrub it into your car. Then, they have some stuff that is a Fine Cut Cleaner. This will get out all the swirls that you put in it while getting the deeper scratches out. Then, they have a Polish that brings the shine back out. Lastly, they have a Carnuba Wax that is excellent. (the fine cut cleaner, polish, and wax are in a 3-step process marked on the bottle. The last time I bought them from Autozone, they were maroon bottles with the numbers on them.)

Also, I have never used it, but I have heard that a clay bar can do a lot for your paint and surface crud. Meguiar's also makes a clay bar kit at Autozone that you could research and then try.

Hope this helps.
