Menzerna ?

Hey fellow .Orgers,

Have any of you have ever heard or used Menzerna polishes for their paint?

I've read that they're used in almost all German car manufacturers and have reviews that scored really well. Especially their FMJ (Full Molecular Jacket), durable stuff.

Has anyone had a chance to use their products?

( I was leaning (very leaning) toward Zaino products until i read about this stuff)...

Menzerna works very well for me. Check the pic....I used their 'Final Polish' then Klasse AIO, then SG. The polish added depth. I was amazed, seeing as the paint was less than a year old when I used the Menzerna.

WOW.. that looks fantastic Bluesbrekr. My paint has been neglected for over 3 yrs so my outcome might not reflect like yours. I purchased a set of Menzerna items. Hopefully they live up to their potential..

By 'set' I'm figuring you mean the intensive and final polish? I know you'll be very happy with the results. I've seen that stuff do wonders. If you have one or can use one, a Porter Cable orbital is a great way to apply Menzerna. Be sure to post before and after pics!

Maxima0002, The MF pads they send with the kit are good for applying the Menzerna.

In fact, I did some detailing today. No pics, cause it's raining out, so I spent the day in my garage. Washed the car last night. Clayed, polished mostly with the Final Polish, but did use some Intensive for a few spots. Then Klasse AIO.

Gotta get the max lookin' nice....I'm getting new rims and tires by the end of next week! I'll apply a few coats of SG over the Memorial Day Weekend. I'll have pics next weekend...

Bluesbrekr - I've been sitting on a bottle of Menzerna FP for awhile now, but after seeing your results I'm sold! The reason I'm hesitating is I don't have an orbital yet and I the bottle recommends it. Anyone had any luck applying it by hand?

Apply it by hand. It still works well. I did it by hand before I had the PC orbital with good results.

yep, merdernza is awesome. I just Ordered 2 huge bottles (32 oz'ers) as my supply ran low. I figure the 16 oz bottles let you do about 8 or 10 cars. I'm very liberal with the intensive polish, especially detailing a fresh (mistreated) paint job.

Last summer, i used almost a quarter of a bottle of intensive polish on a 93 porsche, that took to the porsche, like a prostitute takes to ummm (use your imagination).

Great stuff, highly recommended here : ]
