what's good to use to take the sticky crap off after debadging?

 

First, 'roll' off as much as you can with your finger.

Next use 3M tar and adhesive remover or Goo Gone or even nail polish remover. I've used all of them and all are safe for clearcoat. After removal, I used Klasse AIO and then wax. You can't tell anything was ever there.
