Well does it harm or strip the coating off after a period of time?

PS i use turtle wax spray on wax. Yes i am fawking lazy.

nope, you treat it like any other hood. I actually put 1 coat of klasse AIO and 3 coats of zaino Z2 on my CF hood.

From what I have researched and such.... to avoid fading/discoloring, polish and wax will only protect it so much..... best to keep the hood in the shade.
