My interior is grey and the headliner is a real light grey/almost white/grey. The headliner has become very dirty the last few years, how can I clean it without messing it up? I also have a sunroof with a shade that needs to be cleaned.

What cleaner should I use and what tips do you guys have?

Someone has to have some suggestions in cleaning the headliner. I know if it gets too wet it might start to sag. I can't have the maxima with a sagging headliner!

 

You can use basically any carpet cleaner spray as long as you don't get it to wet. Use a microfiber towel or something without much nap to make sure the headliner finish doesnt start to pill up. Most people prefer to use a foam type cleaner because it keeps it dry.

 

Any recommended brands of cleaner?
