To clean that up is going to require that I ask a few questions.

a) What is the condition of the finish? Is it swirled? Oxidized? Any Scratches?

b) How often did you wash and wax your car?

Before the smoke, Once every two months.
As for the finish. I was claying that bumper and some paint came with it.
Is there something that will work besides claying(it's expensive and the bars are small).

The exhaust is new. The black smoke started two weeks after it was put on.
I hear gasoline will work for the exhaust.

Wow. I've never seen a car burn oil like this. How often do you add oil?! I'd suggest fixing the root cause rather than continually dumping in oil and claying the back end.

UH?
It wasn't oil. It was a blown CHTS. My car was running in safe mode(overly rich). Way to much gas consumed.

You'd need a decent paint cleaner and polish to get that out. I'd recommewnd a reversal of my normal steps for this case. I'd go over it with Meguiar's DACP and then clay. You'd have to do the DACP a couple of times.

It's not smoking anymore. I got that fixed, its just the charred reminder that my bumper was blacker than night.
I have to clay it a few more times to get all that stuff off.
