I have the same problem with my steering wheel audio controls. The down volume button sticks all the time. I wanted to take the controls off and clean it with alcohol but I don't know how to take the controls off. Anyone have any ideas on a 2K2?

A good idea would be to try using swabs to try and get the crud out.
