Bumper & Trunk

First off, I'd like to say that I tried every possible method to get my pinstriping off and nothing has 100% completely worked. Some pieces came off with ease, while others might have came off, but have left another layer underneath. This leads me to think that they were painted on and then pinstriping was placed on top years later. Orrrr, the first layer is pinstriping, but so old it's almost embedded into the paint job. Whatever it is though I don't know an can't get it off. Ok, now to the topic.

This is what led me to thinkin of gettin a paint job. However, it wasn't only the pinstriping, but the front bumper below the chrome strip is horrible and I mean horrible. It needs to be done, one way or another. Also, I'd like to customize my I30's rear end by painting over the red center piece that serves absolutely no purpose whatsoever, and then of course replace my emblems back into the position they were before hand. My question is, what do you guys think I should do? Just get the whole car repainted in black, or would it be better for me to just let a professional detailer take off the pinstripes and paint them 2 pieces to how I want them and then that's that? I'm not too sure on what prices would be and things like that, so anybody thta can help or give me an idea or their outlook would be appreciated.

If the pinstripes are painted, it'll be really hard to remove them. I know a guy with painted stripes on his 300TT and he can't get them off.
