wax attracts dust?

wax attracts dust?

does different waxes attract dust or something, because i washed my car and my moms car on the same day, and waxed sameday, but used different waxes. a week later, my car is still nice, even tho its parked outside, and my mom's is dusty as hell, and its in a garage and the garage is not dusty or nething. btw i used nxt wax on my car, and nufinish on my moms.

It's not the wax really. When you rub on the paint you create a charge because the surface is ionized. I learned about it in physics heh.

Gently dust the car with some sort of microfiber towel. It's going to get dusty no matter what.

If it is just dusty and not dried-on wetted dust, use a California Car Duster and follow directions on it. It works very well for cases like this.

Different waxes attracts more dust! Of course your car will have dust on any type of wax. I used s100 and maguiers #26 high tech yellow wax. The High tech attracts alot more dust than the s100.

I waxed my Max with this stuff over the weekend. Pretty amazing.

It was easy to wipe off and didn’t leave all that white crap everywhere.

Pricey, but worth the cost in my opinion.
