2003 Maxima Titanium Edition comes with Polished rims. I found that there are some chemical spills on my rims and I would like to repaint them. Anyone know where I can do this?

 

What chemicals are we talkin here? I'm not sure if ya really have to paint over em... have you tried any kinds of rim cleaners yet?

 

They'll probably have to be re-polished. I live in Utah and went to Los Angeles and traded my "unpolished" stockers for killer chromed stockers for $465.00 out the door, mounted, balanced, locks & tax! 2 year guarantee on the chrome.

 

Did they chrome your stock rims or give you a new set already chromed?

 

I ordered them ahead of time, drove in, they swapped them out with the new ones. 1 hr total.

 

The 03SE wheels are not polished, they are painted. You may want to try a paint cleaner (meguiars deep crystal ) or a paintwork cleanser (s100/p21s) before you think of having them re-painted.
