I've never used them but from what I hear the best way is to touch it up with touch-up paint and them use Langka on it. (http://www.langka.com/)
I tried one and wasn't very impressed. You have to press down on the tip to get it to flow. By the time you realize that it's flowing, you have too much. Some might have better luck than I did, but I'll just stick to regular touch up paint and use Langka on the larger dings. Just my impressions.
