Depends if it is painted or stuck on. if it is a sticker I have had the best luck when the stripe is warm. This type weather I would try using a hair dryer and warm it up as you a pulling it off. If you leave some of the sticky part behind, just use some WD-40 and a rag and it will come off. It has worked for all of my cars. Hope this helps

yes. using heat will remove it. you can also use floss. for the left over sticky stuff, use 3M remover (i can't remember what it is called)

buy a pinstripe remover... seriously.

It looks like a big eraser and goes in a drill.
It'll take 10 min to remove and look like it was never there.

I hope I can take this stupid thing off soon... i'm gonna bring it in my garage and turn on the heat... and see if that might help... i'll probably end up using the blow dryer too...

How much are those pinstripe removers?

slap some mineral spirits on there and go to town. didn't take me that long, got rid of the pinstripes and the ghosting was barely even there. make sure it's not paint thinner though, that's a no-no.

Also, be careful not to use anything harder than a credit card to scrape (if you do it that way) or your paint will regret it.
