Pick up some detailing clay either from an online vendor or simple Clay Magic from Autozone or a similar store. Follow the directions but the basic gist of it is to rub the glay over the mark until it disappears. This should work, but other suggestions are a Meguiar's cleaning wax, or 3M hand rubbing compound (which I think is probably not necessary).

And if it is like mine you'll never totally remove it. The reason is (atleast on mine), is that there are etching marks in to my paint. And yes, I've tried clay, MPPC, DACP, SFP, etc. And the polishes were done with a cutting pad on a PC, too. If yours are etched, you'll either have to live with them, put the deflector back on, wet-sand (which may remove too much paint), or re-spray. I'd still try some of the above as even if it doesn't totally eliminate the marks, it may diminish them to almost invisible.
Good luck.
