Ok this is goin to sound weird but try to follow me:
Seems every time i wash my car i get bird **** on my side mirrors and on the body of the doors right next to the side mirrors. Best I can figure is that the birds look themselves in the reflection and ****, wtf? Always after i was my car. Can anyone relate? Pisses me off, along with the cat foot prints too. ARGH!! Time for a car cover!

well.. birds tend to only s**t over water. when you clean and wax your car your car looks like water to a bird because of the glare and reflections... if you notice they also tend to s**t on your car windows or right near them because they look like water to a bird.
When my car is dirty, I never see any bird crap on it. Within 24 hours of washing, there is always at least one spot of bird crap. I think the birds are employed by the car care industry to help sell more quick detail spray.
