Fix-a-dent type of things work on small dents, but I don't think it would work on that part of the car. Might want to see a body shop or better yet, go to a professional detailing shop and ask them if they do paintless dent removal. Paintless dent removal guys have better tools than the type of thing you would probably be using.

I think RainX and other brands sell stuff that prevents fogging on windows and mirrors. A trick I've heard but never tried is putting shaving cream all over the outside mirrors, letting it dry, and then wiping it off. Apparently it won't fog up anymore after that, for a while anyway.

Third, you'll have to be more specific about this "black trim." Where is it? What kind of stains are they? Generically speaking, I typically use Scrubby Bubbles (DOW, a foaming bathroom cleaner in a greenish can) and a green scrubby pad and a terry cloth or lint-free towel for everything on my interior for the cleaning step. You spray on, scrub (if necessary) with the scrubby pad, and wipe off with a towel.
