Help with Polished Rims
If they are clearcoated, you would use a normal polish for your paint. If not, then you'd use a chrome polish or metal polish of your choice.
As far as protection, use a durable sealant like Klasse Sealant Glaze or Fourstar Ultimate Paint Protection. I have new wheels coming myself (2K2/2K3 17s) and I plan to use 3M Perfect-It III Machine Glaze to polish, then Klasse All-in-one to clean the finish, and then Wolfgang High-Gloss Sealant in 5 layers.
To wash the rims, just use an ordinary car wash solution like you would with your car. I personally use meg's NXT wash, which is available at Advance Auto Parts or WalMart.
Your wheels will stay much cleaner, and get clean faster, if you have a sealant on the wheels to protect them.
