Help removing DECALs

I have a faded black UH logo on my rear window how do you guys reccommend removing it. I tried to peel it off but it wont come off. Any info?

if its on the rear window (glass), why not try a razor blade and some windex.. Thats why i used to get off school parking decals...
Just be careful not to scratch it..
