Is Wesley's Bleach White evil?

I read on a site that Wesley's Bleach White was some of the worst stuff you could use on tires. I need something to clean my tires and remove the road grime. I would like to find something local for easy access (pep-boys, wally world, etc..)

I swear by Westleys Bleche White. That and More Shine Less Time after they are clean.

Don't get it on your face. I had some splash back at me one time and I had this HUGE rash all over my face. Be wary.

It's popular with a bunch of people on Autopia. That's a good enough endorsement for me.

It's great for cleaning tires -- but make sure you DO NOT get it on your wheels -- it is deadly.
