Am I using Leatherique right?
Am I using Leatherique right?
I am just asking because I have put on 3 applications and some of my leather is still "rough". I have some sections of the seats that are soft and others that are rough, yet flexible, and have a more pronounced grain than the softer sections. There has been no change in these sections though all applications. I hope this makes sense. Will the leatherique soften these areas any more and make the grain go away and look like the softer sections?
Here is what I have been doing. Apply the rejuvinator oil to the seats and then leave it outside with the windows up for at least 12 hours. Then I wipe with the pristine clean and then a damp terry cloth. Last, I buff with a microfiber towel. This is all done per the instructions that came with it.
Any suggestions would be appreciated. I am asking because since I have not seen much difference with 3 applications, I don't want to keep trying it and not get any different results (mainly because it is a PITA and my car is undrivable for an entire day). Thanks.

Ive been using it for years...You need to treat that area again on its own, and cover the seat with a trash bag. Then leave the car in the most intense heat you can (you may even want to warm the seat with a hairdryer after applying oil to that section).
