Are the water spots under the tint?

Try wiping it down with vinegar to see if it removes any.

Soak the window in you favorite cleaner then scrub it with a wet steal wool pad. After that spray the window down with more cleaner and dry it off with a paper towel untill there are no streaks.

At our dealership we just spray it down with windex/window cleaner and scrub it with a wet steel wool pad and it works about...........99%of the time. that also helps with tree sap too.

DO NOT USE STEEL WOOL ON WINDOW TINT!!!!.

make sure its #000 or #0000 steel wool. anything else will just scratch up the windows
