ok guys help a fellow orger big problem

i need some advice bacause whoever painted my car took no time to buff it and there are hazy lines across all the paint and it looks like the paint was burned how can i restore the original shine?? it has lots of haze i do not like i may just get it repainted if its not able to be restored..

From the looks of things, the shop may have used an aggressive compound/pad combination (e.g. wool pad). Is it correctable? Yes. However, it will take a machine and several steps to do it.

Could it be overspray? My car was at a body shop for a simple little thing, but a bunch of clearcoat (or something) blew over it and the hood and side felt really rough. I took it back to the shop and they buffed it off. If it's overspray, there are different solutions. For example, a clay bar can remove some of it.
